Ann's beadroom

How fun and youthful is this room? I was so happy when I received photos of this room completed. This was another long distance client. The client sent me photos of her bedding and we went from there. The client loved the fabric and couldn't wait to get the curtains hung. We worked with the client's curtain rods and the grommets just add to the modern look. I love everything about this room. It's amazing what a few simple changes can make to a room. The client is extremely happy with the end results and I couldn't agree more!

Mom's front room

What a great large window. This was a simple "update the look". The client wanted to change the window treatment that had been up for the past 20 years to something more simple. We worked with the colors already in the room and reused the shears. It took some searching, but we found the prefect fabric for the valance. The finishing touch the room needed. I'm sure it will be good for another 20 years.

Pat's dining room valance

This valance was exactly what the room need to be finished off. I was able to do this long distance for the client. Just a few simple measurements and we were in business. The installation was a breeze with simple to follow instructions. The client called when the valance was installed and was so thrilled. I love when I can have an impact on a client's surrounding and they live hundreds of miles away. It truly is a global world!

Tammy's chairs

This was a very easy fix to some beautiful chairs and bar stools. They were a little worn so they received a "face lift". The right fabric can make all the difference!

IDA artwork

Here is just a small sample of artwork that was done for the IDA convention being held this year in Arizona. Some of the proceeds goes to the Arizona IDA branch. I love being a member of this great organization. I love giving back.

youth room cabinets

With the recent flood in the Nashville area our church's youth room flooded. To make a long story short someone donated some replacement cabinets to be used in the youth room. The cabinets were beaten up and not the right style for the room. The youth leader asked if I would be willing to refinish the cabinets. Here is the end product! The whole room is done in black and green as the accent. It's a great feeling to be able to help others and to love what you are doing at a the same time. Nothing better!

susie's outdoor cushions

Outdoor furniture cushions --I had so much fun making these cushions. I love when I can push myself into learning and creating something new. The before and after pictures says it all. What a difference fabric can make. It's like a whole new piece of furniture. What fun!
