my kitchen ceiling

I created this faux treatment on the kitchen ceiling to look like leather. I also created the window treatment to match the decor of the kitchen.

my dining room

This feature wall in a dining room was created first by doing a color wash over the entire room. I then created a pattern that came from the client's inspirational fabric. To finish it off, I came back over the entire wall and aged the surface to give the illusion of old world.

my fireplace

I created a faux finish for this fireplace. Before it was a very dark red brick with paint spilled over it. The only solutions -- faux!

Madi's mural

Mural work for a young girl who adores dolphins. This was so much fun to do. I love it when the kiddos just watch me work and see the progress unfold before their eyes. With every passing day I could see the delight in the little girl's eyes. How cool is that! This mural is a feature wall, it's very large.

my Kitchen

I glazed these kitchen cabinets to give it a much needed update. A big improvement from the old dark 70's looking cabinet!

my dining room cornice

Wood cornice boards were created to add charm. I painted the cornices with a antique wash to work with the faux treatment. I also aged the wood. I Love how they turned out.

My dining room

Elegant silk panel for a dining room. The distressed cornice just adds charm. It all works beautifully with faux treatment on the walls.

These drapery panels and cornice were created for a contemporary flair. The client was so in love with the fabric and how well it worked with her rugs and paint colors. It was the finishing touch she needed to finish off the room!

Jenny's nursery in Denver

This picket fence with flowers and butterflies was created for a nursery for a little girl. I decided to put the mural down low because there wasn't going to be any big pieces of furniture to block it and the size of the room was very small. I also wanted the mural down at the little girl's eye level when she began to crawl and walk. The mom was so thrilled at how it turned out. A sweet room for a little girl!

Becky's nursery

These adorable farm yard animals were painted for a nursery. They were just sweet little murals scatter around the room -- too cute for words.

my office draperies

Beautiful silk drapery panels designed for a home office. I used a contrasting fabric instead of white lining. There are two sets of panels pulled to one side. I also added fringe to the leading edge of the top treatment to pull the two fabrics together. The end result is pure elegance!

Great treatment for a kitchen.

Close up of the mural in the jungle themed room. Great detail!

This valance was done for the jungle themed room. Used bamboo instead of drarpy rods to tie into the theme.

Jenny's room

This is a great jungle themed room for a young girl who loves animals. I designed it to look like you're in a hut and the canvas was ripped away and you see all the animals outside. I faux painted wood planks in the four corners of the room and around the ceiling to create a hut structure. The ceiling is draped with netting and has a cloud sky with glow-in-the-dark painted stars. When you go to bed at night you feel like you are sleeping under the stars. I also used bamboo around the one of a kind padded headboard and around the mirror. The bamboo is tied with string so it can be easily removed at a later date. The bamboo was also used instead of drapery rods. The end results -- the young girl was so excited and happy with her new room. She loves showing it off to all her friends.
